Look at all the other countries who are also suffering from the economic collapse (that being the entire collapse of our whole financial system) They Print money on paper and plastic cards now its time for money to be just a digital number on the display screen of your cell phone.They can just put any amount of digital money into some ones account or cut off one's individual funds and cut you off from interacting whit the World Market. Kind of like turning of your RFID Chip, Because by then all aspects of life revolve around the chip, Oh yea its all part program and that's not even the tip of the iceberg. FEMA camps set up around the states,Some of the compounds are design to keep people in not out with the barbwire going inwards over the top of the fince, funny thing is there are always train tracks and makeshift airplane runways.
